On-Farm & Ranch Job Opportunities

Many western Montanan farmers and ranchers say they are hard pressed to find labor for their operations. At the same time, many aspiring farmers want the experience that comes from working on the land--especially along side well seasoned growers who can teach them the many necesary skills to maintain a viable agricultural business.

Land Link Montana is currently exploring how we can help connect aspiring farmers and ranchers with agricultural jobs and apprenticeships.  If you have any ideas, we'd love to hear 'em.
